soft boiled eggs

Crave-worthy breakfast, jelly like yolks, buttery goodness

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 4 slices spouted grain bread
  • 4 tbs of organic butter

Instructions

  1. Put a pot of water on and bring to a low boil.
  2. Drop in eggs carefully one at a time, gently lowering into water with a spoon.
  3. Set timer for 4 minutes, if room temp eggs. 5-6 minutes if refridgerated eggs
  4. Drain carefully or remove each egg one at a time, set on a paper towel .
  5. Give a crack and scoop out egg contents, or peel carefully.
  6. Set eggs on buttered toast. When all peeled, cuts into chunks and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Enjoy!!
