Crave-worthy breakfast, jelly like yolks, buttery goodness
Ingredients

- 8 large eggs
- 4 slices spouted grain bread
- 4 tbs of organic butter
Instructions
- Put a pot of water on and bring to a low boil.
- Drop in eggs carefully one at a time, gently lowering into water with a spoon.
- Set timer for 4 minutes, if room temp eggs. 5-6 minutes if refridgerated eggs
- Drain carefully or remove each egg one at a time, set on a paper towel .
- Give a crack and scoop out egg contents, or peel carefully.
- Set eggs on buttered toast. When all peeled, cuts into chunks and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
